Refined and elegant blend of Chardonnay(�60%) and Pinot Noir (�40%) with a firm accidity in the background. You'll find an abundance of ripe zesty fruit with a delectable, fresh and full mouthfeel. This is a highly versatile wine, perfect match for fish, chicken or Mediterranean cuisine.

Inspired by the teamwork and energy of African painted Wolves, our community of talented individuals combine resources to form the Painted Wolf Wines Pack.  This wine had been produced from grapes harvested off bush vines planted in 1986.  This wine was barrel fermented utilising the grapes natural yeasts in 500 litre 2nd and 3rd fill French and Hungarian oak barrels.  The result is a harmonious hand-made wine, with a soft white peach, mascarpone and wet stone aromas with a creamy mid-palate and a long balanced finish.  Our friend, Jenny Metelerkamp, produced a fine Painted Wolf ink drawing for the label. 

Hints of lime and grapefruit flavours are delicately combined with a light green pepper mouth-feel. A zesty after-taste completes the experience. Goes well with salads, raw or steamed shellfish, poultry and Asian cooking.
