Very special and "Old" are appropriate adjectives when applied to this KWV Brandy. It is produced by pure copper potstill distillation from carefully selected wines derived from the recognized brandy grape cultivars grown in the best suited areas of the Cape Winelands, in terms of soil, climate and location. It is backed by the tradition and skills of 300 years of viticulture in South Africa. it is aged for at least ten years in oak casks in the brandy maturatino cellars of the KWV.

KWV 3 year old brandy is made from carefully selected grape varietals of the Cape.  Slow double distillation in copper postills followed by 3 years of maturation in oak barrels endow this brandy with its unique qualities.  Its smooth taste is a testament to KWV's unrivalled reputation for producing only the finest brandies in the world.

Buffelssfontein Brandy is a South African produced  smooth and easy drinking brandy, matured for a period of three years.  Crafted by the creators of the famous Buffelsfontein Baardolie.  Buffelsfontein Brandy is best enjoyed in a tall glass over ice with any cola or ginger beer.
