Produced according to the Méthode Cap Classique, the Backsberg Kosher Brut is the first of its kind in South Africa. Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, our winemaker has succeeded in creating an elegant and rewarding Brut to be nejoyed on any occasion.
This wine is Mevushal and Kosher for Passover, made under the auspices of the Cape Town Beth Din and the OU of the United States.
