Raise your glass to the allure of the unknown, the beauty of departure, and the discovery of new horizons.

Exodus is not just a wine; it is a celabration of the extraordinary moments in life.  It is a sensory expedition, an experience bottled for your pleasure.  Whether shared among friends, savored with a sumptuous meal, or enjoyed in solitary contemplation, each glass is an invitation to escape the everyday and indulge in the exquisite.

Fermentation can take up to 3 months. This Chardonnay spends a total of 12 months in French barrels (30% new) on its gross lees to release more flavour and richness into the wine. Ripe citrus fruit with some toasted almond on the nose.  Concentrated palate with nectarine flavours, some peach and a lingering mineral finish.  Pairs wonderfully with rich creamy dishes - think risottos, white meats in a buttery sauce or your favourite pasta dishes.  Also amazing with mild and creamy cheeses.  Drinking beautifully now.  Cellar up to 8 years.

Painted Wolf Paarl Chenin Blanc

Inspired by the teamwork and energy of African painted Wolves, our community of talented individuals combine resources to form the Painted Wolf Wines Pack.  This wine had been produced from grapes harvested off bush vines planted in 1986.  This wine was barrel fermented utilising the grapes natural yeasts in 500 litre 2nd and 3rd fill French and Hungarian oak barrels.  The result is a harmonious hand-made wine, with a soft white peach, mascarpone and wet stone aromas with a creamy mid-palate and a long balanced finish.  Our friend, Jenny Metelerkamp, produced a fine Painted Wolf ink drawing for the label.

Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé

This Pinotage Rosé wine was made from grapes harvested from 30-year old Pinotage bush vines, grown in the premium wine producing area of Stellenbosch. The brilliant deep colour of the wine results from the crushed grapes remaining in contact with their red skins for a period of 12 hours. This also gives greater depth and richness to the deliciously fresh red fruit flavours of Pinotage. A perfect summer drink, this bone dry wine is best served chilled and is an ideal accompaniment to cold meats, salads, tuna steaks and aromatic or spicy meat dishes.
