Delicate crisp and refreshing wine
This Chenin Blanc and Pinotage blend was made using grapes harvested from 20-year old bush vines grown in the premium wine producing area of Stellenbosch. The light yellow colour is perfected by taking the Pinotage juice of the skins as soon as it is crushed and blending it with the Chenin Blanc. The wine has fresh fruit flavours from the Pinotage and floral aromas from the Chenin Blanc, which ensures a clean, crisp mouth feel with a good acidity. An ideal drink in the summer and best served chilled with seafood and salads.
This elegant and refershing Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of citrus, delicate floral, herbs and ripe stone fruit. The easy drinking palate is soft, fleshy and juicy with hints of limes and a chalky minerality with a balanced and seamless finish.
Enjoy this wine on its own, with seafood, various white meat dishes, sushi or a variety of cheeses. It is best served chilled.
