The legend goes that some errant members of Fairview's long established goatherd once escaped from their paddock into the Fairview vineyards after Charles Back's young son Jason accidentally left the gate open.  The little group happliy roamed among the vineyards, showing rare discernment by selecting some of the ripest berries from the vines.  Those berries have been used to make this white blend, a light bright green, medium bodied wine with aromas of apricots and pear and a zesty acidity.

THe Pavillion gazebo is one of Boschendal's famous landmarks.  Like this ornate feature, The Pavillion Blanc is a wine celebrating Boschendal's magnificent natural setting, the quality of grapes and its commitment to its people, wine and food.  Various white grape varietals are brought tegether for a wine that is refreshing and lingering, with ripe summer flavours of fig and pineapple.  Great company with friends and food.  

Rustenberg Chenin Blanc was hand picked from Stellenbosch's finest vineyards, fermended in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 3 months. 

Citrus, melon, pear and pinapple aromas and flavours.

Enjoy this wine in its youth or after careful cellaring.  Pairs well with Asian cuisine, poultry or seafood.
