Exodus Collection Chenin Blanc

Raise your glass to the allure of the unknown, the beauty of departure, and the discovery of new horizons.

Exodus is not just a wine; it is a celebration of the extraordinary moments in life.  It is a sensory expedition, an experience bottled for your pleasure.  Whether shared among friends, savored with a sumptuous meal, or enjoyed in solitary contemplation, each glass is an invitation to escape the everyday and indulge in the exquisite.

Barrel fermented and finished on lees, then matured for 9 months in French oak.  Beatiful ripe yellow fruit supported by lime on the nose.  These flavours carry forward to a palate of peach, apricot and apple with refreshing acidity.  The ideal compliment to a range of dishes, including creamy chicken or pork dishes and rich seafood (lobster & prawns).  It sings wonderfully with Cantonese classics like sweet and sour dishes.

Enjoy now, or cellar up to 6 years.

Painted Wolf Lycaon

Single vineyard wine.

From a certified heritage vineyard planted in 1974, this old vine Chenin Blanc was hand harvestd.  The wine fermented and was matured for 12 months in handmade clay amphorae and old oak barrels.

The name Lycaon comes from the scientific name for the African wild dog, Lycaon Pictus, and is derived from the Greek word Lycos, meaning wolf.  The label illustration is from an 18th century book on adverturing and hunting in Southern Africa.
