This Pinotage Rosé wine was made from grapes harvested from 30-year old Pinotage bush vines, grown in the premium wine producing area of Stellenbosch. The brilliant deep colour of the wine results from the crushed grapes remaining in contact with their red skins for a period of 12 hours. This also gives greater depth and richness to the deliciously fresh red fruit flavours of Pinotage. A perfect summer drink, this bone dry wine is best served chilled and is an ideal accompaniment to cold meats, salads, tuna steaks and aromatic or spicy meat dishes.
