Olof Bergh Solera Brandy comes from Goudini - a small town situated in the heart of the Breede River Valley, an area renowned for its brandy grapes. As the first South African brandy to be blended and aged in the unique Solera tradition, Olof Bergh is made up of brandies of varying ages which are meticulously married and matured in tiers of oak casks stacked one upon another (the Solera). From the bottom tier is tapped a rich brandy of exceptional smoothness, which adds a new dimension of pleasure to brandy drinking.
