Olof Bergh Solera Brandy comes from Goudini - a small town situated in the heart of the Breede River Valley, an area renowned for its brandy grapes.  As the first South African brandy to be blended and aged in the unique Solera tradition, Olof Bergh is made up of brandies of varying ages which are meticulously married and matured in tiers of oak casks stacked one upon another (the Solera).  From the bottom tier is tapped a rich brandy of exceptional smoothness, which adds a new dimension of pleasure to brandy drinking.

Often copied, never replicated, this exquisite vodka liqueur, made from the purest ingredients, triple distilled for smoothness, and carefully infused with subtle, delicious caramel flavour, makes for liquid decadence.  For ultimate enjoyment serve ice-cold as a shooter, create your own crushed ice cocktail or add to coffee.

Very special and "Old" are appropriate adjectives when applied to this KWV Brandy. It is produced by pure copper potstill distillation from carefully selected wines derived from the recognized brandy grape cultivars grown in the best suited areas of the Cape Winelands, in terms of soil, climate and location. It is backed by the tradition and skills of 300 years of viticulture in South Africa. it is aged for at least ten years in oak casks in the brandy maturatino cellars of the KWV.
