Roasted Vegetable Bake

For the authentic taste of Portugal, brush chicken (whole, spatchcocked or pieces) with oil and sprinkle generously with seasoning, then grill, braai or bake. Great on other meats and seafood too.
Bobotie - a uniquely South African dish - has been described as "cottage pie with personality". Which goes to show what a robust mix of aromatic spices can do for something as simple as mince. Add deliciously spicy flavour to meatballs, sausage rolls, hamburgers or any other mince dishes.
More than just a bake. Clever wedges: Slice 6 potatoes into wedges and rub packet contents onto potatoes. Drizzle liberally with oil and bake at 180�C for 30 - 40 min until golden brown and crispy. Mix 125 ml sweet chilli sauce with 1 tbs chopped coriander and serve as a dipping sauce for your weges.
