Juicy cherry, blackberry, mocha and spice

An elegant and balanced wine packed with flavours of ripe blueberry and mulberry, exotic spice and creamy vanilla with evident ripe tannins and a long lingering finish.

This Shiraz was made from specially selected grapes from the year's ripe harvest.

All fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness and gently pressed to retain aroma and flavour.  The wine was aged in small oak barrels, which added greater weight and complexity.

This full-bodied wine shows freshly crushed black pepper aromas with hints of cinnamon and cloves on the nose with lots of brumbly red berry fruit and well-integrated vanilla tones.
