Fat Bastard Pinotage

$36.95 aud

Pinotage, a truly South African grape, originated from a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut.  The FAT Bastard Pinotage was made from specially selected grapes from our ripe harvest resulting in a wine which displays intense fruit flavour and character.

All fruit was hand-harvested and gently pressed to retain these expressive aromas and flavours.  The wine was aged in small oak barrels to add greater weight and complexity.

The nose of this wine shows ripe plum and banana with a lingering impression of chocolate and plum pudding.
