In a small cellar in the Jonkershoek valley limited quantities of hand-picked grapes are personally vinified by Ettiene le Riche into red wines which reflect the nature of the fruit and the soil. These wines are oak-matured and after further maturation they will be quite superb.

This classic South African Pinotage has generous red berry fruit and soft tannins.  Perfect with pork, lamb chops or burgers.
