A combination of local and international experience spanning more than a decade in the growing and selection of fine wines enables Nico to identify the finest vineyards in the Western Cape for Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Vinified in a ver personal and traditional way and matured to perfection in the French oak barrels for 14 months.

This Shiraz was made from specially selected grapes from the year's ripe harvest.
All fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness and gently pressed to retain aroma and flavour. The wine was aged in small oak barrels, which added greater weight and complexity.
This full-bodied wine shows freshly crushed black pepper aromas with hints of cinnamon and cloves on the nose with lots of brumbly red berry fruit and well-integrated vanilla tones.
