It is with great pride that Audacia brings you an authentic and patented "no sulphites (SO2) or other preservatives added" red wine, made using Aspalathus Linearis (Rooibos) and Cyclopia Genistoides (Honey Bush) wood as part of the unique wine making recipe and process.
Rooibos and Honey Bush are indegenous to the Western Cape of South Africa and produce wood with rare characteristics and properties that contribute to the making of this delicous unique red wine.

A blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Alto Rouge was aged in oak barrels for 18 months. A fruity wine with delicious flavours of toasty tobacco, chocolate and vanilla, the ideal wine for hearty red meat dishes and will age well.
50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot
Inviting cranberry and raspberry aromas with an earthy, mineral focus and a lingering cinnamon and walnut finish. Decanting recommended.
