Rapsberry and red plum aromas combined with succulent fruit flavours and finely coated tannins ensure a pleasurable drinking experience.

A fusion of sour cherries, vanilla, spice and violets entice the senses.  These intense flavours follow through to the palate, resulting in a full-bodied and lingering finish.

Sourced from hand-harvested fruit in the acclaimed Stellenbosch region, this Shiraz exhibits an abundance of red and dark berry fruit supported by a well-structured palate and fine grained tannins.  This wine was cask matured for 15 months in French oak barriques, and will benefit from further maturation under ideal cellaring conditions.
