Sourced from hand-harvested fruit in the acclaimed Stellenbosch region, this Malbec exhibits an abundance of dark berry fruit supported by a well-structured palate and fine-grained tannins.  Having been matured for 15 months in French oak barriques, this wine will benefit from further maturation under ideal cellaring conditions and will pair well with red meat.

It is with great pride that Audacia brings you an authentic and petented "no sulphites (SO2) or other preservatives added" red wine, made using Aspalathus Linearis (Rooibos) and Cyclopia Genistoides (Honey Bush) wood as part of the unique wine making recipe and process.

Rooibos and Honey Bush are indegenous to the Western Cape of South Africa and produce wood with rare characteristics and properties that contribute to the making of this deliciouis unique red wine.
