It is with great pride that Audacia brings you an authentic and patented "no sulphites (SO2) or other preservatives added" red wine, made using Aspalathus Linearis (Rooibos) and Cyclopia Genistoides (Honey Bush) wood as part of the unique wine making recipe and process.
Rooibos and Honey Bush are indegenous to the Western Cape of South Africa and produce wood with rare characteristics and properties that contribute to the making of this delicous unique red wine.
Deep violet-ruby colour, floral, smoky, prune, black olive and spice aromes. Medium- to full-bodied with rich dark berry flavours and a long finish.
Matured in small French oak barrels for 12 months. Situated in Stellenbosch, the heart of South Africa's wine industry, lies the family cellar of Stellenrust. Here time honoured traditions and select wines have led to the family motto: "Where excellence meets winemaking".
