Roodeberg is South Africa's most celebrated red blend, recognized worldwide for its consistent quality for more than 50 years. Literally translated as "red mountain", it is named after the red hue of South Africa's Boland Mountains at sunset. Produced in Paarl, in the heart of the Cape Winelands, Roodeberg is a timeless Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot. Ripe berries on the nose, with hints of cinnamon spice and green pepper. Complex and well-structured on the palate, with firm tannins and blackberry and chocolate notes.
