100% Pinotage varietal. Produced in the traditional Kanonkop fashion - full bodied with a deep ruby colour. Gentle oak and tannin structures give this wine a long, lingering and smooth finish. A fruit forward style, offering flavours of red berries, plum with a finish of sweet spice. Best with meaty pasta and spicy dishes.

Style: Raspberry, cassis aromas with light traces of oak spice.
Serve: Room temperature 16ºC - 18ºC or slightly chillied in summer. Enjoy with red meat and game.

Alto Shiraz is an intense flavoured wine brimming with traditional Shiraz aromas. This is a well integrated wine that was aged for 18 months in small American and French oak barrels and shows excellent ageing potential. Superb on its own or with any red meat dishes.
