This full bodied Bordeaus style red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot has been matured for 24 months in French oak barrels.  Featuring dark berries, cassis and a lingering finish with well balanced tannins.  Match with roasted beef, lamb and game as well as duck and roasted chicken.  Careful cellaring for 4 - 7 years is recommended.

87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Frank, 3% Petit Verdot

Medium deep, dark red colour. Red & blue berry nose with attractive cedary, spicy oak and fruit aromas. Softly tannic palate hiding a lot of fine fruit that opens up in the glass. Softer, more elegant and finer than most vintages, a little less intensity and long term ageability.

Delicious with most meat dishes, especially roast lamb.

This Cabernet Sauvignon offers ripe fruit, cherries and oak spice that follow from nose to palace.  Delicious with a hearty Sunday roast of beef or lamb with gravy.
