Made for mixing, it's being enjoyed over ice with soda, Appletiser, ginger ale, passion fruit or a host of other mixers.

This wine reflects Graham Joshua Beck's great love of Shiraz. A co-fermentation of Shiraz (93%) and Viognier (7%). The Joshua is barrel matured for 15 months in new fill Oak. The two varieties form a seamless combination to create a rich and rewarding wine of depth and complexity. The perfect accompaniment to rich meat stews, grilled rack of lamb, rare roast beef and ostrich fillet.
