Castle Milk Stout uses a dark roasted malt to extract a full-flavoured brew. With strong hints of toffee, butterscotch and coffee, its natural bitterness is balanced by a rich, sweet taste.

It is classically paired with oysters, but it can also be served confidently with braised and roasted meats, such as oxtail. It complements a selection of cheeses such as matured cheddar, Gouda, goat’s milk, blue-veined or Camembert varieties. And when it’s time for something sweet, Castle Milk Stout is a natural accompaniment to dessert and coffee.

Urbock is a traditional dark beer know as "bock" beer.  Urbock is brewed to perfection and distinguished by its rich Munich barley malt giving it a rich malty flavour.  Urbock is only brewed once per year and is therefore only available in May of each year in limited quantity.

A great mild beer, Lion Lager has a 4.8% alcohol volume and is credited as a great thirst quencher.  Golden roasted malt in colour with a hint of fruit and caramel flavouring, it is very slightly sweet with less hop notes.
