If there's one thing that's brought all South Africans together, it's the braai. Funnily enough, the men still stand around the fire�and the women catch up in the kitchen! Sprinkle Barbeque Spice over buttered, baked potatoes and mealies, add a dash to stews, infuse baked veggies with a warm, savoury flavour or simply sprinkle over meat.
Garlic & Herb flavoured Potato Bake
More than just a bake. Clever wedges: Slice 6 potatoes into wedges and rub packet contents onto potatoes. Drizzle liberally with oil and bake at 180�C for 30 - 40 min until golden brown and crispy. Mix 125 ml sweet chilli sauce with 1 tbs chopped coriander and serve as a dipping sauce for your weges.
