Excellent on grilled, pan-fried or braaied fish, calamari, prawns, mussels, etc.
Ingredients for the perfect braai: glimmering coals, cool drinks, good friends and family, a sunny sky and meat so tender it falls off the bone! Massage into meat and chicken. Set aside for 30 minutes, cook�and savour!
Tip 1: If you can hold your hand over the grid and count to ten, the braai's ready. Tip 2: Steak and chops just aren't the same without a sprinkling of this spicy seasoning! Sprinkle on meat before braaiing or grilling, mix with melted margarine and drizzle over baby corn, sprinkle on kebabs or use as a delicious savoury meat rub.
