This Shiraz has plums and spice on the palate with an undertone of bruléed sugar, gentle soft tannins and a creamy aftertaste. Good on its own or with a rump or sirloin steak.
This wine reflects Graham Joshua Beck's great love of Shiraz. A co-fermentation of Shiraz (93%) and Viognier (7%). The Joshua is barrel matured for 15 months in new fill Oak. The two varieties form a seamless combination to create a rich and rewarding wine of depth and complexity. The perfect accompaniment to rich meat stews, grilled rack of lamb, rare roast beef and ostrich fillet.
Full-bodied dry red wine with concentrated berry, banana, cherry and fruit flavours with a spicy finish. Great with meat, pasta or spicy dishes.

Alto Cabernet was matured in French oak barrels for 18 months. An elegant wine with delightful aromas and an intense concentration of flavours. Delicious soft tannins and a well0rounded mouth feel. This distinctive wine has good ageing potential and a perfect partner to any red meat dishes.
