In a small cellar in the Jonkershoek valley limited quantities of hand-picked grapes are personally vinified by Ettiene le Riche into red wines which reflect the nature of the fruit and the soil. These wines are oak-matured and after further maturation they will be quite superb.
The 18th century, time-honoured art of winemaking lives on in Zonnebloem wines - from the carefully tended vineyards to the meticulous craftsmanship in the cellar.
